Industrial Motor Power Calculator
Calculate motor power, torque, efficiency, and current. Essential for motor selection, sizing, and performance analysis in industrial applications.
Formulas
Power from Voltage and Current
P (W) = V (V) × I (A) × PF
For AC motors. For DC motors, PF = 1.
Power from Torque and RPM
P (kW) = (T (Nm) × RPM) / 9549
Or: P (W) = T (Nm) × ω (rad/s), where ω = 2π × RPM / 60
Torque from Power and RPM
T (Nm) = (P (W) × 9549) / RPM
Apparent and Reactive Power
S (VA) = P (W) / PF
Q (VAR) = √(S² - P²)
